For the first half, I felt like I had an extra lung, for the rest, not so much. I still did fine though. I ended up with 5 miles at 10:28 avg pace and 164 avg HR.

At 164, I'm still fine within Zone 1. The only problem I see is the hills around here. It's really hard to stay in Z1 the entire time I'm running. I feel like my 5-mile route is not flat for more than a mile total. And with the hills, once it zooms up, it takes a few minutes to get it back down. I'm going to have to think about how to handle it. I definitely don't want to walk up some of the hills though. I also think the fact that I forgot to take creatine had an effect but not sure.
