Workout 15: 5-Miler

Felt decent today. I could tell I was a bit dehydrated though. I started getting cramps in my calves at about 4.5 miles. I just kept going, of course. I also didn't hit the button on my watch hard enough at mile 1 so 1 and 2 are combined. I ended up with 6 miles at average pace of 10:29 and average HR of 161.

I pretty much ran out of gas at 5.5. I was fighting the cramps in my legs for a mile at that point and struggled through the last half mile close to the state of 'controlled tripping' as my sister calls it. Glad to be home. I may get to make up my 3-miler today if I'm feeling crazy enough. I may just have to be statisfied with my 10:29 pace and 161 avg HR.
